Pahalwan Dhaba is most famous for the best paratha in Murthal, where its regular dish for North Indians cuisines. It is made up of baking wheat dough on tava and look like flatbread toast. The dough is filled with potatoes and fried through layered of desi ghee. Paratha is served with dahi, chutney or pickles and ketchups.
