Pahalwan Dhaba is one of the famous dhaba in Murthal, serving pure and best quality of delicious food. One of the legendary name started this dhaba and become the best restaurant in Murthal across NH-1. our restaurant has a motto of providing awesome satisfactions to customers and offering all requirements of Indian and International standards. We want to carry forward the goodwill of Pahalwan Dhaba to push our business and want maximum footprints all the time. We had kept in thinking for opening restaurant to serve the food for truck drivers, those who are travelling in between highways of Delhi and Punjab. People start travelling a lot and having a short road trips around Murthal are responsible for creating heavy rush. We had an experience of many more generations who all love to fulfill their hunger and gave us a pleasure to make them feel at home.
Since past many years, Dhaba was acknowledged by its unique and simple structures of set up arrangements for truck drivers. ‘Charpai’ was used for sitting purpose and wooden board was placed throughout the width of that charpai which were used to serve the dish. Those charpai were replaced by table and chair after few years. Pahalwan Dhaba is also known for its best paratha in murthal, it looks like a flatbread tost. Paratha is common dish in North Indian cuisines where it is made by baking wheat dough on tava. Paratha is stuffed with spicy potatoes that can be fried with desi ghee. It not simply eaten with butter but with chutney, dahi, pickles, and ketchups. To make a plain paratha, the layered dough without using potatoes is fried with simple ghee. Murthal has a group of dhabas on NH1 which is grand truck road across all over Haryana. We are adding up new cuisines in our menu including, Chinese, Continental and Italian.
